None of them is about price — pricing is sent after the demo, based on your real size and needs.

We already use other software. Is switching mid-year chaos?
You do not switch in one go. We import students, classes and teachers from Excel or your old system, run in parallel for a term on the modules you choose (usually attendance and parent notifications first), then widen from there.
Can older teachers actually use it?
A teacher’s daily work fits in the phone app: one-tap attendance, the lesson log, approving leave. Training is by role, 60 minutes a session, with written and video material. Leadership uses the web dashboard.
How is data handled across several campuses?
Each campus is its own data unit with its own permissions; group leadership sees a consolidated report. This is already running at a bilingual school with two campuses.
Is there an annual subscription?
No. DinoX sells the system outright — you own the source code and the data, on infrastructure you choose. Maintenance and upgrades are an optional agreement.
How do people sign in? Another password to remember?
If your school runs Microsoft 365, everyone signs in with that account (Entra ID SSO), students included. If not, the system issues its own accounts.
Where does student data live, and who can reach it?
On your school's servers or a cloud you rent — never on DinoX servers. Permissions are by role and by campus, and every significant change is audit-logged.
